"Let's Go To Tokyo!!" (Japanese: レッツゴートーキョー！！, Rettsu Gō Tōkyō!!) is the first episode of Haikyū!! Second Season, based on the manga Haikyū!! by Haruichi Furudate. The episode premiered on October 4, 2015.

The opening theme of this episode is "I'm a Believer" by SPYAIR and the ending theme is "Climber" by Galileo Galilei.

Overview

After losing in Inter-High, Karasuno is busy practicing. As Coach Ukai wishes for more practice matches for the team, Takeda barges in with great news: Karasuno has been invited to take part in Nekoma's training camp! Kageyama and Hinata get lost during a run and ends up meeting with Shiratorizawa Academy's Ushijima. After Ushijima claims that the only good player from Aobajohsai is Oikawa, Hinata challenges him. Later on, Karasuno receives some news that may end some of their dreams of going to Tokyo.

• This is the first time Kinoshita and Narita are shown playing volleyball.

Differences Between Anime and Manga

• In the manga, Yachi appears before Hinata and Kageyama bump into Ushijima. In the anime, this encounter comes after Yachi studies with them for their exams.
• Manga: Hinata and Kageyama meet Ushijima after exiting Yachi's appartment complex. Anime: Hinata and Kageyama encounter Ushijima after getting lost in their race; this occured before Kiyoko had even thought of recruiting a new manager.
• Manga: Ushijima, Hinata, and Kageyama are the only people at Shiratorizawa's entrance. Anime: Other students were on campus as the three were jogging through.
• Manga: When the volleyball flies out the gym, one of the players asks the duo and Ushijima to grab it mid-air. Anime: Ushijima instantly reaches up for it before anyone can say anything.
• In the anime, after Hinata announces that he'll beat Ushijima, an animation of a crow and eagle racing in the sky is shown.
