All we really want is to revert the layout back to the more organised one.

I'm sorry for pressuring you as well and then continually spamming you.

The reason I've been getting annoyed is because we are all trying to discuss our issues and reach an understanding through a message wall and it's been failing. Noya, Chan, Yujian, and I have the same time zones so we are able to be on chat at the same time and discuss our problems and find solutions together. You are in another time zone, I think, and the only way we can contact you is through the talk walls; this is why we are closer to each other than we are to you, the admin, and why our opinions generally tend to be the same. And when we try to discuss our problems, as we can all see, we each misunderstand each other easily on the talk pages. Basically, we lack communication with each other.

But, hopefully, with this voting system, we might be able to actually talk to each other so thank you.

Thanks for understanding, I can come onto chat and discuss the matter. As for Noya, I know how much it pains you about the new layout, but currently, there will be no progression about it. However, when things will be much lighter, I might considered it to have it progress. Sorry about it.

If you're not willing to change the pages, even though all the member on this wikia wanted it, how is that a voice? Besides, it doesn't only pain me - it pains everyone else who WANTS these changes.

I will ask you a question. Did you vote for the new designs, before they were placed on the wiki?

That's like saying, "Did you vote for a Revolutionary War before they started it?" - your argument has nothing to do with it, because quite frankly, there wasn't really anyone who could vote. Now, we want the vote. This is our Revolutionary War and we're asking you to make the changes to create a better environment. Yes, I am a little angry that you won't understand our reasoning to asking for another admin (which by the way, didn't have to be me). Yes, I am frustrated. Yes, I am telling you what you're saying is hypocritical. You're saying, "You can have a voice", but you are not offering one. Sorry for be so brash and rude, but this is the honest truth. We've listed countless logical reasonings on why it is necessary we have another admin. But that's beside the point, I was ready to let go of the admin issue (except for a few rude comments here and there, which I genuinely do apologize for) and work my way to earn my position, but this is getting ridiculous. We are not offered a voice. We're offered a chance to voice our opinions, but when it comes to having a change based on the likes of the majority, we don't have that. That is what truly matters. According to practices for administrators Help:Best practices for administrators which is a page created by Community Wikia, "...admins don't make the rules and don't make unilateral decisions, but rather they use their tools to carry out the will of the community." It also states, "Just like in a democracy, when a Wikia community votes on decisions rather than decisions being made by an admin". You are making changes by yourself, not with our community as a whole. You are not carrying the will of the community - you are making decisions based on personal biases. At least I asked you if I could change them before I actually did. Before I began to change the wiki, I asked Jin and Chan (the only active members of this wiki) if I could edit the pages. They agreed. You did not ask either me, Chan or Jin if you can take all our hard work (we spent more then two days on these and still are) and completely delete it. You are not by any chance better then us, you're our equal. You should not have the ability to make decisions on your own. You should have consulted the community before editing on your own and deleting the pages. We are a community and I will repeat this again - admins do not make unilateral decisions. I can see that my layout has some issues that needed to be change and I would have gladly helped you out and changed it, but you are completely going out of boundaries and doing things on your own.  I'm angry, because you're choosing to not listen to any words that any of us have got to say. This is not a community, it's a dictatorship ruled under you. I apologize once again if I seem rude, but this is the views of most of the people on this wiki. This is not a personal bias against you - this is a community issue we all have.

Wow, I didn't know you felt that way (what you said on chat about your hard work). I'm sorry for misjudging you this entire time and causing you this much distress. I do appreciate your hard work and I'm sorry if I made it seem like I don't; I know how almost 4/5 of the pages on the wikia was created and coded by you and that's a pretty incredible feat.

But, let's all admit it. The entire situation was both of our faults. It was your fault for not reading Noya's list of changes properly before agreeing to them, and now trying to revert the edits. It was our fault for lashing out at you before understanding your intentions and then complicating this entire problem.

And I do understand your feelings about not wanting your hard work to be erased; I would definitely feel the same if this was happening to me. So, I decided to consider your wishes and the other users' wishes at the same time to try to reach a deal that we all might agree with, and came up with this vote:

----only main characters (Karasuno main players (about 9 characters only); Oikawa and Iwaizumi) get the new layout. Since those pages have a lot of info, the new layout works better. The minor characters don't have that much info, so the new layout isn't necessary; those pages remain the way KidProdigy made them because his way is better for those pages.

----the layouts will only include plot, relationships, and maybe quotes too (because placing all of those on the main page will make it too crowded, especially for the main characters like Hinata). "History" will be on the main page; "Image Gallery" isn't needed so it can be deleted. Other information (appearance, trivia, etc) will be on the main page like they are now.

-----delete the image at the top of the layout so it isn't really necessary

KidProdigy, you should vote as well. You are part of the community too so your vote counts as much as ours do.

I thank you for understanding. But I cannot take place in a poll that we as a community never fully agreed on to do this actually. I want to see equalization, because this isn't something small, it is something major.
